Mike Maxwell, Region Webmaster, is going to begin hosting information for the 2010 GLR conference on the CSIIndy.org website. If you have anything for the Region Conference, or the Region as a whole, you would like posted, please send it to Mike. INTRODUCTION TO CENTER FOR BIM Introduction to Center For BIM CSI Metro Detroit Chapter Dear CSI Region Leaders, On behalf of the Metro Detroit Chapter of CSI, I would like to introduce the Center For BIM (http://www.centerforbim.com/). This unique site has developed, updated, and maintained by the Metro Detroit Chapter as a resource for anyone interested in learning more about Building Information Modeling and related topics. As you will note, the site presented the latest news as well as archived items (news, links, resources, presentations, etc.) organized in line with the CSI Project Team - Owners, Contractors, Design Team, Suppliers. Site content is updated on a monthly basis with the latest BIM resources and news from around the globe. As all of the postings and information are archived with every update, the site represents the largest known library of Building Information Modeling resources available today. As the reach and prevalence of BIM expands, it seems to increasingly impact all facets of new construction. We developed this site to keep our members appraised of the latest news, trends and developments. We would like to request your assistance in informing your membership of this resource.
