Membership and Member Meetings

Who are Members of CSI Members of CSI include architects, engineers, interior designers, builders, material manufacturers, dealers and representatives, and others involved in the construction industry such as students, attorneys and insurance agents. Most members belong to a local chapter that is situated convenient to the member’s home or place of work. Professional Membership is awarded to those involved with design; Industry Membership is awarded to builders, contractors and material suppliers, distributors and manufacturers; and Associate Membership is awarded to others involved in the construction industry. Membership is awarded to individuals only. Membership for organizations or firms is not available.

Dues The dues for membership vary with the chapters. The Indianapolis Chapter, CSI has the following dues structure: Dues Structure ..............................(N = National; ... Membership Meetings Chapter Membership Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month, nine months each year. In addition, the Chapter sponsors an Awards Banquet in June, a Trade Show in September and a Holiday Program in December. The Indianapolis Chapter hosts the chapter’s membership meeting at 6:30 on the third Thursday of the month (except June, September and December) at the Riverwalk Banquet Center (formerly the Crystal Yacht Club), 6729 Westfield Blvd, just north of Broad Ripple. This meeting includes a meal and an educational program of interest to the members. The meeting is preceded by an hour of hospitality. To see map of regular monthly meetings, select: MAP

Guests at Meetings Guests are welcome to all meetings. Guest meals cost $20. Reservations are required for the meal: To make a reservation call (317) 465-1491 by noon on the Monday preceding the meeting or you may pay by credit card on the website for any of the events listed on our current events page.
